We invite authors of innovative ideas whose projects will be applicable to unlock the tourism potential of Russia.
Participants will be categorized into four nominations:
Technological projects (startups) that increase the effectiveness of the tourism industry.
Projects that make extreme and leisure tourism more accessible, and that also popularize and create infrastructure for it.
Business projects that are socially significant in the fields of travel and tourism.
Business projects that have a positive impact on the sustainable development of the environment and ecology.
From each participant we expect ideas that are new and capable of being competitive in the global market in the future, as well as a desire to develop and a result-oriented team, whose members are fluent in English.
The main language of the program is English.
The finalists of the program will be the authors of the most striking and interesting projects that will present in front of experts and Eugene Kaspersky personally at Demo Day*.
Upon completion of the program, three winners will be announced and awarded their prizes by Eugene Kaspersky himself.
Each of the three projects will receive PR support in both Eugene Kaspersky’s and Kaspersky corporate channels, and an annual license for Kaspersky Small Office Security — a protective solution for SME.

The coronavirus pandemic has hit the tourism industry especially hard – particularly small and medium-sized businesses, many of which have seen business grind to a complete standstill and planned projects postponed indefinitely or even cancelled. And so, it is with the aim of helping tourism enterprises bounce back once the pandemic is over that Eugene is launching the online accelerator program Kaspersky Exploring Russia.
The goal of the project is to help the industry as a whole, and small and medium-sized businesses in particular, get through this crisis. Moreover, Eugene wants the entrepreneurs to become more successful and gain new knowledge and skills at the end of this difficult period.
Eugene Kaspersky is a world-renowned pioneering expert-entrepreneur in cybersecurity. But Eugene also has a hobby, which has turned into more of a lifestyle: he is a passionate traveler and dedicated devotee of wild nature and adventure-tourism. Eugene travels all over the globe, but most of all he enjoys exploring his native Russia, visiting the country’s lesser-known gems.
